VPS Technical Support
The technical support linked to a Virtual Private Server (VPS) includes:
- Electric monitorization;
- Connectivity monitorization;
- Machine monitorization (alert me);
The monitoring referred to are the responsibility of Domínios.PT (not involving third party intervention) and
ensure the proper functioning of all the physical components of the server through the power supply, connectivity and hardware.
In general, the installation/configuration of specific applications required by the client as well as
compensation for problems arising from applications not installed by Domínios.PT be considered Technical Interventions
and are subject to availability and feasibility analysis for implementation by the Technical Department of Domínios.PT.
Whenever the client requires a technical intervention, the approximate duration and cost of it and its availability
will be estimated and will only take place after confirmation of the client.
Domínios.PT can only schedule a technical intervention if there is no value to be regularized.
The amount of technical intervention will be billed together with the Dedicated, VPS, or Housing plans based on values
defined in http://www.dominios.pt/dedicated/extras.aspx
