This SLA relates to connectivity failures, does not cover hardware failures on the equipment assigned to the customer, or software failures and/or scheduled maintenance interventions.

The figures for the SLA defined by Flesk Telecom Lda. do not include the technical quality of connections outside the Flesk Telecom Lda. network. Thus, Flesk disclaims any responsibility on the possibility of latency or unavailability of the service outside of its network.
