It is understood by technical assistance the server maintenance in terms of hardware, connectivity and management of
all applications installed by Domínios.PT that are included in the base value of the server.
The installation/configuration of specific applications requested by the client as well as
resolution of problems arising from applications not installed by Domínios.PT will be considered as Technical Interventions,
and will be subject to availability and feasibility analysis for implementation by the Domínios.PT Technical Department.
Whenever the customer requires a technical intervention, the approximate duration and cost will be estimated and will
only take place only after confirmation from the customer.
Domínios.PT can only schedule a technical intervention if there are no values to be regularized.
The amount of technical intervention will be billed together with the VPS plan.
