Transfer domains .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz

In order to transfer your domain to us you need to do a transfer request online.

The transfer process for .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz costs € 11.95 plus VAT and will add one more year to your domain expiration date if the transfer is concluded successfully. The transfer process can take between 5 to 7 days.

In order to start the transfer process the domain must be unlocked and you must provide the authorization code (EPP Key) at the online transfer request.

Transfer .pt and .com.pt domains

In order to transfer your domain to us you need to do a transfer request online including the login and password information associated to the owner's NicHandle.

If you don't have access to the owners Login, Password and Nic Handle you can request it at the responsible entity for .pt domains (online.dns.pt).

Please be aware that we wont be responsible for any debts previous to the transfer of your .pt or .com.pt domains.

 

Transfer .eu domains

In order to transfer your domain to us you need to do a transfer request online. Be aware of the following restrictions and limitations:

  • .eu transfers have a cost of € 14.95 plus VAT that will add one more year to your domain registration counting from the transfer conclusion date;
  • Changing the ownership of a .eu domain is considered a transfer;
  • In order to successfully transfer your domain the current and the future owner both need to approve the process. The authorization is requested by email, from the Registry EurID (responsible entity for .eu domains internationally) and it must be responded in a maximum of 14 days.

 

If your transfer process can't be successfully concluded for any reason, Domínios.PT allows your payment to be used to subscribe any other service.
