It is a 'Client' all singular persons or companies that order a service at our websites.

Available Services, Pricing and Taxes

Flesk Telecom Lda is known nationally and internationally by the name Domínios.Pt, which is a registered trademark.

Flesk Telecom Lda is one of the largest companies in Portugal providing services like domains registration, hosting and housing.

All prices at the website are presented without taxes.

Taxes will be added to all purchases requested by clients in Portugal, except for the following situations:

  • Companies in the European Union with a valid VAT number. In this situation the client should mention the VAT number at the online subscription in order to validate the tax exemption;
  • Companies outside the European Union with a valid VAT number. In this situation the client must send us by fax or email a copy of the Fiscal Document of Identification in order to validate the tax exemption.

Payment Method

The payment types available are the following:

  • Check (Only in Euros. Must be sent to Flesk Lda, Apartado 14041, 1064-001 Lisboa, Portugal)
  • Bank Transfer or Deposit (in necessary to send the payment proof by email or fax)

  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard, option available for online orders)

All receipts regarding the payments made are sent by mail to the address inserted by the client at the online subscription.

To foreign clients or to any other client who request it the receipts can be sent by email.

Flesk Telecom Lda reserves the right to wait until the payment is available at its bank account in order to enable the service.

Privacy and Security Agreement

Flesk Telecom Lda guarantees the protection of the client's personal information, the security on accessing the servers, that are placed at secure locations with restricted and controlled access and the security of the information provided for credit card payments.

We also guarantee that the information won't be used at any promotional list for email or telephone contacts and won't be available for any other company.

We advise all clients to keep a copy of the requests/subscriptions made trough the website, as well as the copy of all payments made to Flesk Telecom Lda.

Satisfaction Guarantees

Flesk Telecom Lda will enable the services requested at the website www.dominios.pt after the reception of the payment confirmation during our working hours (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm).

We remind you that a domain name can be registered at any moment so please be aware that it's possible that the domain name won't be available at the time we receive the payment.

If by any reason the service is not provided by Flesk Telecom Lda we will refund the client for the total amount payed when requested.
