.com, .net, .org, .info, and .biz domains
In order to add extra years to your domain registration you just need to do a renewal request using the above form.
We advise you to do your payment by Credit Card or Multibanco (ATM service, only available from Portugal) since these methods
don't require you to send a payment proof to us.
If you don't renew your domain in advance please be aware that there are some restrictions and possible extra costs to reactivate it later.
.pt and .com.pt domains
Currently it's only possible to renew .pt and .com.pt domains for 1, 3 or 5 years.
The renewal of this type of domains can only be made in about 45 days prior to the expiration date.
You can do the renewal request through the above form only if you have a .pt or .com.pt domain expiring in the next 45 days.
.eu domains
The renewal of .eu domains must be done 5 week-days before the expiration date since there is no guarantee that these domains can be renewed after that period - 5 week-days before the expiration day.
Please be aware of that limit since there is no guarantee that we can renew your .eu domain after that period of 5 week-days before the expiration date.
eu domains enter the REDEMPTION PERIOD a few days before the expiration day and within this period the renewal costs 200 euros plus VAT.
If your .eu domain expires we advise you to contact our helpdesk service in order to verify the renewal possibilities.
