Transfer Rules

For .com, .net, org, .info and .biz domains:

In order to transfer your domain to us there are some restrictions and limitations:

1. The transfer must be requested by the future registrar and not by the current. The future registrar have the responsibility to update you about the transfer status and conclusion;
2. The domain registration must be at least 60 days old at the current registrar to be transferred over;
3. The domain cannot be expired;
4. The domain must be payed in its entirety at the current registrar;
5. The domain must be unlocked at the current registrar before you start a transfer process;
6. The domain owner should be listed as Administrative Contact for the domain or have access to the email address listed as Administrative Contact. In order to verify your current administrative email address your can check any WhoIs database;
7. In order to transfer .com, .net, .org, .info and .biz domains you also need to request to the current registrar the Authorization Code (EPP Key).
