Domínios.PT offers its Dedicated Server customers a high-quality technical support that includes:

  • Unlimited support 8/5 (best effort) to resolution of problems related with operating system, control panel and other software licensed to Domínios.PT (eg SQL server);
  • Unlimited support 24/7 (best effort) to problems related with hardware failures, connectivity and power supply;
  • Installation, configuration and support of Operating System at the customer's choice;
  • Installation, configuration and support of a control panel at the customer's choice;
  • Installation, configuration and support for software licensed to Domínios.PT (eg SQL server);
  • Initial setup and configuration of firewall (includes ports 80, 25, 21, 443, 1433, 22, 3389 and others on request);
  • Configuration of backup to second disk (optional)
  • Configuration of central backup (optional);
  • Configuration of daily backup routines for the SQL Server (only for SQL servers licensed to Dominios.PT, not applicable for free versions)
  • Replacement of hardware, without charge, in case of failure;
  • Monitorization of connectivity every 5 minutes 24×7×365;
  • Monitorization of disk space, processor and memory resources;
  • Monitorization of web services, mail and SQL (optional).
