Technical Support – Dedicated Servers
Domínios.PT offers its Dedicated Server customers a high-quality technical support
that includes:
- Unlimited support 8/5 (best effort) to resolution of problems related with operating
system, control panel and other software licensed to Domínios.PT (eg SQL server);
- Unlimited support 24/7 (best effort) to problems related with hardware failures,
connectivity and power supply;
- Installation, configuration and support of Operating System at the customer's choice;
- Installation, configuration and support of a control panel at the customer's choice;
- Installation, configuration and support for software licensed to Domínios.PT (eg
SQL server);
- Initial setup and configuration of firewall (includes ports 80, 25, 21, 443, 1433,
22, 3389 and others on request);
- Configuration of backup to second disk (optional)
- Configuration of central backup (optional);
- Configuration of daily backup routines for the SQL Server (only for SQL servers
licensed to Dominios.PT, not applicable for free versions)
- Replacement of hardware, without charge, in case of failure;
- Monitorization of connectivity every 5 minutes 24×7×365;
- Monitorization of disk space, processor and memory resources;
- Monitorization of web services, mail and SQL (optional).
